October 22 – December 26, 2025 (10 weeks)

            *Hitting w/ ETS will be on 12/26 instead of 12/24

Winter Session:

January 7 – March 13 2026 (10 weeks)

Options:

• With ETS Performance: Wednesdays | 4:30–6:30 PM or 5:30–7:30 PM | $600/session
• Without ETS: Fridays | 4:30–5:30 PM or 5:30–6:30 PM | $300/session

This high school-exclusive class is designed for athletes looking to take their offensive game to the next level. With or without ETS Performance training, Advanced Hitting emphasizes swing efficiency, power development, pitch recognition, and mental approach. Players receive detailed video feedback and individualized instruction to make mechanical improvements and build consistency at the plate.

Those enrolled in the ETS-integrated version will also benefit from a strength and speed component, helping translate their training into more explosive results on the field. Whether you’re preparing for high school tryouts or collegiate exposure, this class supports year-round development with measurable results.
