Winter Session 1: January 5 – February 5, 2026 (5 weeks)
Winter Session 2: February 9– March 12, 2026 (5 weeks)
Spring Session: March 16 – April 16, 2026 (5 weeks)

This youth-focused class is designed for players ages 10–14 who want to elevate their offensive game and build a strong hitting foundation. With or without ETS Performance training, 10–14U Hitting emphasizes swing efficiency, consistent contact, power generation, pitch recognition, and approach at the plate. Players receive detailed video feedback and individualized instruction to make mechanical improvements and gain confidence in game situations.

Those enrolled in the ETS-integrated version will also benefit from a strength and speed component led by ETS coaches, helping translate their hitting development into more explosive results on the field. Whether you’re preparing for the upcoming season or looking for year-round improvement, this class provides measurable progress and lasting skills.
