Have a team that wants to stay together while gaining access to Milwaukee Baseball Academy’s training resources, facilities, and organizational support? MBA’s Hybrid Team model is designed for parent-led teams looking for a more structured and development-focused experience while maintaining their team identity and leadership.

This partnership opportunity is available for teams at all age levels, from 10U through high school.

What Does the Hybrid Model Include?

Coaching Role
Your coaching staff remains responsible for games and regular season practices while partnering with MBA for offseason development and organizational support.

Administrative Support
MBA assists with player registration, fee collection, tournament and league registration, uniforms, scheduling coordination, and spirit wear.

Offseason Training & Coaching
Teams participate in offseason training sessions at MBA led by MBA coaching staff. Training focuses on player development, fundamentals, baseball IQ, arm care, and athletic movement.

MBA Resources
Hybrid teams receive access to MBA’s indoor facility, training technology, and designated team training space throughout the offseason.

Tournament & League Play
Teams participate in league and/or tournament competition, with schedules and formats varying by age group and team goals.

Player Benefits
Players receive 20% off MBA lessons, camps, and additional training opportunities.

Branding
Teams are branded as part of the MBA program while maintaining their own coach-led identity. Example team names may include “MBA 12U – Smith” or “MBA 14U – Hybrid.”
