This high school-exclusive class is designed for athletes looking to take their offensive game to the next level. With or without ETS Performance training, Advanced Hitting emphasizes swing efficiency, power development, pitch recognition, and mental approach. Players receive detailed video feedback and individualized instruction to make mechanical improvements and build consistency at the plate.

Those enrolled in the ETS-integrated version will also benefit from a strength and speed component, helping translate their training into more explosive results on the field. Whether you’re preparing for high school tryouts or collegiate exposure, this class supports year-round development with measurable results.

Here are the Session Dates:

• Fall Session I: Week of October 19 – November 16
• Fall Session II: Week of November 23 – December 21 
• Winter Session I: Week of January 4 – February 1
• Winter Session II: Week of February 8 – March 8
